yeah man, proper metal ones marked Brev Campagnolo which take an allen key to screw them in, in pretty nice condition, some fairly minor tarnishing but no noteworthy scores or scratches. I think aspire mark down the value really low so you don't usually pay customs etc, at least that's what I heard. Maybe email them and ask... not sure they'd put it in writing though as strictly speaking that's illegal-ish...
