I'd say 10kg gets you a small amount of kit, roughly fitting into a 30l bag or so - I've never gone out and weighed my bags explicitly, but that sounds about right for kit for a light tour with bivvy gear. If you're carrying tent, stove, etc, add a couple of kg.
