Hand built wheels from a reputable builder. A good choice is Mavic Open Pro rims, DT Swiss double butted spokes and probably On One hubs, or Dia Compe if you fancy them enough to spend the extra.
Velocity deep Vs don't have a great rep with some builders but Rigida DP18s are good and have the same profile but not the massive range of finishes.
