Fat people are individuals, with one thing in common. The urge to bundle together a disparate group of people just so we can prod them with a judgemental stick is a bit pathetic. Fat doesn't equal lazy, or greedy, or anything, really, except having eaten more calories than you've expended. I don't think we have any right to assume why someone's fat, or really anything about someone on the basis of that one fact.
There's no moral judgement to be made - except by self-righteous idiots who value vanity above everything else, and those who happen, by dumb chance, to have genes that accord with fashion.
