How much did you raise it by? I learnt the long way that small differences in saddle height make huge changes in ride comfort, power etc. Best to use some rule of thumb, like inseam measurement X 0.883, to get saddle height, then tweak it from there.
I'm still waiting for my rear wheel to be delivered....so I'm yet to ride it, so I I haven't set it up yet but I did the inseem measurement and I got 78.6cm (1d.p) so I don't think my 62cm frame is too small.
