If you haven't had any luck yet, I can give you the details of a plumber I've known and worked with for the best part of 20 years. He's fully ticketed (it's Gas Safe now, not CORGI) and comes with an obligatory sharp intake of breath and grumpy attitude. His prices are reasonable and really is as good a plumber as you're likely to find. PM me if interested.
