Puncture and panic prevention

Hi James, yep using a joe blow track pump- I think my PSI was a little high at 120 so i have backed off - The tyres im running are Conti Duraskin and Gator skin - which I believed to be quite hardcore... according to the above thread.. are as I though rubbish

Just picked out a 2mm shard of glass that caused the latest rip...
