As a dedicated and enthusiastic acolyte of the demon caffeine, I am sorry to say I'll be in Paris for this :(

Hi Everyone,
Great to see such a great response. I'm trying to put together a good route map for the day and warn the appropriate coffee shops that we're coming.
Right, questions: I propose a start of 11 for 11.30am. I'll be there 10.30 for advanced coffee, chocolate and doughnut intake. We are developing an espresso mix that we can sell as 500g and 1kg bags. At present the roast is a little 'light' for my taste, I like a big full roast.
What is the opinion here?

Oh yeh, and we'll properly do the decaff and as has been requested, soya milk (!).

I'd rather go for mid/high roast. Keeping it not too dark, neither too bitter, so that the natural aroma still comes through... but if you can get a highly roasted blend with good balance.... go for it then.
Sorry... I love koffee..

Pah, soya milk. End of days.

There is soya bean.
There is milk.
There is no soya milk.

I'm not pretending I understand.I merely take note of people's preferences.

Soy milk = milk + dirt.

Nonono, Irish coffee is made with Jamesons/Bushmills or something similar.
Baileys coffee is very nice though.
