Is this from camera evidence? Strange that this is seven months later. You sure the summons was issued *after *six months? They could have been trawling around on cameras around the edges of the legal time they can prosecute, looking for someone just like you. And sent the summons right at six months. Perhaps they keep minor offences like that on ice as backup to make up their cash.
This is really bonkers. I hate the Police State.
