I have an old 36H 700c 5 speed wheelset you can have for £15 (£10 for the front £5 for the rear).
The front is a high flange malard laced to a wiemann. I recon it could polish up well, but you need to regrease the bearings. Still true so prob well built.
The rear is low flange - prob wiemann too. 125mm with a 5 speed hub. So if you're only running SS then you just need to remove casset and put on a free wheel. Maybe respace depending on your frame.
