So was it Ferndale Road or Brixton Road / Atlantic Road?
I had another close encounter this morning with a silver company car which decided to race through the red lights (going south) across the T Junction. It certainly wasn't an 'accelerate to get through amber' moment. If it hadn't been for the bloke driving next to me, I could have been right in his path.
There's more traffic lights on that strip now, which just seem to annoy any drivers coming down Stockwell Park Walk (by BC) along Brixton Road.
I've also just watched 7 cars jump the lights outside my office on Stockwell Park Walk in five minutes.
Company car driver blamed it all on us, despite us being able to the traffic lights for him were on red.
