Oliver... how weird, I just checked my profile and I dont appear to have left you any in a few months, but honestly, it does come up about the rep thing when ive tried, can you only leave rep once a month for the same person or something? I have no idea how it works.

My archive says that you've never given me any--try using the search function in the archive. That means that, logically, it should be impossible for you to get this message, but who knows, perhaps there's a bug.
