Sister Ray is the first that springs to mind, although i've not been in in quite a while. their punk/hardcore etc section always turns up nice surprises.
All ages records in Camden, but walking south from the station rather than north, which i always dislike. there's quite a few record shops littered about camden market/lock etc as well but i couldn't remember names.
also, if you're willing to take a bit of a trip out west,
banquet records in Kingston Upon Thames has lots of stuff, and always seems to have in-stores on.that's all i can think of off the top of my head anyway..

Try and Check out Resurrection Records in Camden as well, its on the highstreet in a basement (kinda near cold steel) they mainly stock Goth/Industrial/Metal/post punk but have a pretty big Punk/Hardcore section as far as i remember, been a while since i dropped in there (because i always spend too much money...)
In London early Nov and got a couple days to kill, anyone recommend good record shops where i can pick up so decent hardcore/punk/new-wave etc, basically decent non-mainstream stuff. aware of rough trade but their stock looks kinda limited and pretty pricey. somewhere like roadkill in manchester (if you knew it)
cheers
