Be careful what size 24" you buy.
24" MTB size is ETRTO 507
24" road is ETRTO 520
But there is also ETRTO 540 and 541.
So, check what dimensions your frame and fork are compatible with and which tyres you want to buy/run.
I think for road race, 520 is the most common size.
Alex DA 22 are nice rims, but I've got no idea where you can buy them.
You can try a Giant dealer, since these rims were on Giant 24" TCR road bikes.
Or 24" tubular. Again another size. Bianchi and Moser kid racing bikes always use tubulars, I think.
