  • i'll take the original forks off your hands if the buyer doesn't want them.

  • I might be interested in the saddle if you splitting.

  • FFS.

I WANT this, but it's too much for polo I think. Really wanted a smaller frame too, like a 52.

Anyway, well done for being reasonable with the price. that'll be sold by 1000.

  • John either my memory is faulty or you have shrunk?

    What size is your Omega?

  • Haha. Omega's a 55.5 reach, but a 49 seat tube. 54 is what i ride on the racers.

I want a 52 for polo, easier to maneuver and get mallet around (i've been told).

But to be fair with your height EVERYONE probably looks the same height (i.e. shorter than you!). I'm only 5"9.

  • Nah- I went to visit Flickwg the other day.

Thought I was standing in a hole whilst talking to him.

On topic- the Langster is a quite heavily sloping compact frame, so will have loads of standover.

My 58cm Allez (essentially same frame) had a 52cm seatube (or thereabouts).

Might be worth flinging your leg over a Langster in Evans or suchlike?

You could always stick a shorter stem on it.

  • good price for this bike. still 7 mins until 10.00. am tempted myself

  • I'd buy it as a pub bike but I think I would look a little silly with two feet of seatpost.

    That was a typo, I meant 1100! ;)

If thats the case Dammit maybe I'll have to check one out. I still have never ridden a Langster before! Not really sure evens are going to take me seriously If i turn up on the Omega asking to try a Langster out tho! haha

  • Jon, do it! with the original forks langsters are perfect polo shizzle :)
