Getting up a hill and seeing the view of London at night is always lovely. Primose Hill is a good un.
Ride a lap of Richmond park with your lights out and see if you can up and close and personal with some deer. Anyone who was on that ride knows what I am talking about.
I think there must be some organised midnight walks you can go on, probably jack the ripper themed or similar.
I once volunteered on an installation art / tv project that involved staying up all night and covering the whole of trafalgar square in cups of tea. You could probably find things like that to do.
