I also hate (more than streamy eyes in the morning) shitty web sites that won't let you book stuff. I tried booking tkts to Berlin last night when they were 'free'... 3x. Got a 'sorry problems with our web site'... try again and its 'sorry you already have a reservation with us, check your email'. Check email - nothing. Try to book today and the flights have very surprisingly gone up to £20 (still cheap, but not as cheap as free).... AND they still haven't fixed their bloody web site. At least I got a reservation email today. How the bollox do they think they can have an business where most people book on line if their web site is always stuffed? Rant over....
