  • Unbelievably shit or unbelievably good?

I thought it was fantastic. I've never seen an angrier, more racist old man.

  • Saw 'Le Donk & Scor-zay-zee' last night, thoroughly enjoyable if you like Shane Meadows and Paddy Considine. If you don't you'll probably be a bit meh. One for the fanz.

  • have to look that one up crispy, i love his work and Paddy

  • yeah saw the signs for le donk being put up at the screen in islington the other day - didn't realise it was out already. can't wait.

  • Saw Le Donk on mon eve. Very enjoyable. Always been a big Scorz fan and he smacks it.
    Calm down Deidre Barlow.

  • how about 'Away we go' Sam Mendes latest? like an indie made with big budget, quality overall. Follows a couple who discover theyre having a kid only to be told that the one set of parents they have are immanently moving to the other side of the world. The characters are solid, although at one point it heads towards cliche, then is brought back by further development of the couple in question. if you like films about social realism its a good one.
would like to get this thread going as a good discussion place on films, as during the winter theyre oneof my main occupations.
    London FGSS film society anyone?

  • I finally got round to watching "A Room for Romeo Brass" last night. Fucking amazing.

  • Paddy Considine is hilarious..

    Oh Ladine!

  • genuinely unsettling too.

  • I was going to mention how WOAH WTF??? the bit where 'A Room...' turns dark is, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

  • I watched 'let the right one in' on monday and it is awesome - I thoroughly recommend it.

  • the R.A.A.M film 'Bicycle Dreams', any good?

  • I watched 'let the right one in' on monday and it is awesome - I thoroughly recommend it.

plus many - saw it this week as well. One of the best films I've seen this year with obscenely good performances from the two young leads.

  • So why is jimbilly creping in to my mind.

How do I remove the mind worm. Oh and no posting any pics of him.
