Hey I wanna a porteur rack, where can I get some aluminum tubing?

yeah that bike had a coaster brake for a bit, I got it set up now 3speed with drum brakes but the rack finally broke last week so gotta start work on gen2.
Gonna try thicker alloy this time with slightly bigger rivets. I would make it outa cromo if I could weld or braze.
