Elite Engineering in Aintree will strip and powder coat a frame for £50. They have done mine and a friends with good results. Ask to speak to John and make sure he knows that it is a thin steel frame (if it is) and he will charge you £50. If he thinks that it is an aluminium frame (with large areas) and possibly will have filler smoothing the aero sections (like mine had) he will probably run a mile after the nightmare he had with mine. He done my friends in a few days too.
