just looking at what BB to use on a BJ Vigorelli Track Frame??? any recommendations?

any bb with english threads and a 68mm bb shell.

In fact, you're approaching this from the wrong angle. Choose your cranks first, as they have a bigger bearing on which BB you will need.

I'd get one that is the right length and has the correct taper for the cranks you intend to use.

Bigger bearings won't work unless you (angle)grind them down to the correct size

It's all in there....

go search for transmission database and see what bb and cranks people have used there, think about which one will fit your bike, and then buy them.
Randomly asking for bottom brackets won't get you more than the advice you've just received.
