i had the exact same happen to me on Willesden Road, and it's really scary, cos i don't know what speed you were doing, but i was doing around 20mph which feels very fast when you get jerked from behind like that.
It's made me speed wobble, badly, and i nearly came off. scary scary stuff.
hope your alright and everything, and your bike isn't damamged, there are some shocking drivers out there that are blatantly a danger to themselves and others.
pursue the case and nail the driver, if it seems like it's worth your time and effort.
or just take a dump on her bonnet while she's waiting in traffic (i actually saw someone once do that to someone they hated) , they get the message ;)
