Doing a very irresponsible silly skid I'm afraid Oliver. Sorry. I did check the road behind was clear 1st tho. When I leaned over the bars they turned left independently of the wheel and I had a soft landing on my aforementioned cushioned left buttock. Not much of an 'ouch' really, just a bit of lost pride as falling off in a straight line with nobody else involved aint that great. Plus my g/f called me a 'twat' for it. The shame!
Personally I blame piss poor workmanship on my behalf as I should have really replaced the stem when fitting my temporary forks. All re-engineered now and working fine. Although don't quote me on that.
