For Sale: Trek Madone 5.1 Carbon Road Bike

For sale:

2008 Trek Madone 5.1 Carbon Road Bike. Size 56, performance fit.

Paid £1900 for it last year, done about 2000 miles wet & dry, still in very good condition. No components have been changed on the bike. Looking for £800 cash.

Here is the stock photo and spec, I'll take pictures of the actual bike tonight when I get home if anyone is interested. If not it'll go on eBay.

you forgot the "you too can ride just like Lance" angle. you need to pitch this bike to the fanboys.
perhaps using phrases like:
'the stunning livestrong yellow and stealth black paintwork that's all the rage in the pro euro tour france peloton race'

some tosser will probably buy it then.

I have one of these too, and its an absolutely fabulous bike- the moment I first rode it was perfection, and still is awsome.

My only critique is its got an alu steerer- mind you the weight I'm carrying is a fraction more than that..... ;-(((

alu steerers often weigh less than full carbon jobs anyway

The Cannondale remains my favourite bike I've ever owned, I just treated him to a new DA cable set and Ultegra chain/cassette.
