i live in a warehouse just off of seven sisters rd, between manor house and tottenham hale. it's cheap and well connected transport wise(not that it makes much difference on a bike...) it can seem a bit sketchy sometimes, but green lanes has some ace food places, and stoke newington is not too far for food/pubs. i like living near the parks too, always nice to pop out for a bit of nearby greenery on a nice day. (being really clse to the castle for climbing is also a big bonus for me, but i realise that is more of a niche attraction...heh) i don't know too much about further up, towards tottenham/seven sisters, but it does seem pretty hectic traffic wise, and i did view some pretty grim places while househunting. but then again, you might find a gem! but i don't think i'd be particularly comfortable living much further into tottenham than i am now. (bit of a ramble i'm afraid, hope it contains something of use!)
