Trying to get my hands on a 2-pin freewheel removal tool - like the Park FR-2

I know I can get one online, but trying to source one offline to avoid the dreaded post! If anyone knows any shops centralish (I work in W1) that stock it ( already tried a load but no luck) then it would be much appreciated!
