What's your budget?
I have a pair of High Flange Phil Woods + CXP33 + Sapim CX Ray bladed spokes in a hybrids crows foot lacing possibly going up for sale soon.
They are absolutely perfect wheels, but in no way at all are they cheap.

Good move- I'd have had these wheels like a shot if they were silver.

TBH from reading other sites I thought that Shimano were basically the best value hubs you were likely to get.
Also the goldtec deal above sounds perfect.
Also I just built a wheelset, and its not that hard (I know really good builders are ment to be really good, but I think building yourself is very doable)

BRAKER: ?2nd dibs on your wheelset please
Looking for a practical, strong, understated wheelset for my build.
Got my eye on the CXP33 laced to a solid hub. I see a lot of builds from internet stores are laced to Shimano hubs, but not sure about them; from my searches here they aren't popular. I don't have a fortune to spend, but need something good/strong rather than bling.
If no one has such a set, am I better off (£ and choice) buying an OTP wheelset (if I can get what I want), or buying the parts and getting my LBS to build them?
Rear: 36 (120) Front: 32 or 36 (Clydesdale for London streets)
thanks
