  • ah right fair play, sounds pretty similar to me, i stopped riding about a year before i came to uni and ive been here 2 years now, dont know anyone in brum who rides!

i havent been to any polo yet no, i dunno if i will to be honest, i cant risk breaking my bike cause i only have space for the one bike here and i need to use it to get to around on! where abouts is polo held in brum? might possibly come down one day..

see the sticky 'bike polo events' thread at the top of this forum. its usually held in the courts at calthorpe park

i wouldnt worry about brreaking your bike - i used my work bike a few times, was scared of breaking it and fell over a lot but havent damaged it at all - what's gonna break your bike is crashing while riding really fast, which polo isnt. you'd have to be playing really rough - i.e. intentionally whacking their spokes - to do any damage to anyone else
