It's been restored and resprayed (oh just read the discription).
pretty shit boring paint job without the traditional flakes and with blue (not traditional yellow) details on the lugs, the bb shell is also painted wrong. All in all pretty badly restored in terms of paying attention to the nag standards. Watch out for any rust marks that could have been hidden. Most likely a well-used frame covered by a new layer of paint.
