Wanted: Angle Grinder for this weekend

So I need to use an angle grinder to cut off a load of cable stops etc from an old frame before painting. Before I go rent one from somewhere, has anyone got one they wouldn't mind lending me in exchange for some beer?

I'm in Highgate N6, but commute to Soho every day so can meet most places north of the river.

Now looking for Dremel not a grinder!

I have one that you can borrow but I think you would be better off using a saw. If you lose the control you will damage the frame..

A Dremel would be better as it's a precision tool. Angle grinder will easily fuck your frame as Tamu said.

Hacksaw, you'll be through them before you know it. Then file carefully down to the tube, polishing paper to remove all the last bits of brazing.

There's quite a lot of braze ons with this frame so I'd still like to use a power tool of some sort. If not, I guess it's the old hacksaw and file jobby.

Heat it up with a acetylene blowlamp will be easier and neater than cut & file. In either case, make sure you have a good file.
