I was sitting on the side of the road, pulled over because a couple of traffic cops wanted to look over my car, they didn't explain why, but two motorcyclists nailed it past, and 2 cabs jumped a red light further up the road. When I suggested there might be bigger fish to fry like speeding motorcycles and RLJing Cabbies they threatened me with arrest for Public Order offense because according to them I was shouting, arguing, and not answering their questions. It would appear they really don't care anymore. Pulling me over and wasting 30 minutes examining a fully road legal car is a lot less effort than chasing real criminals.
