And if not bait. Avoid stolen or Unipack/Create bikes. In other words, unless you know what youre doing, dont do market bikes please. Youll end up hurting yourself (on a unipack) or others (on a stolen bike).
If you want a decent bike quickly and dont know what youre doing/new, best to get an off the peg (OTP) or standard retail 'fixie'. Fact.
OR, better yet - buy a complete bike here. These people are decent lot (if you can take some ragging/ribbing) and you could learn a lot. Youll also get a gem of a bike (better than market bikes).
