Is this Vivalo worth importing...?

Check njs blogspot - virtually every frame is over £450, and i bet most have them have been crashed (regardless of how hard), i'm well aware of the strict rules governing Keirin frames condition. All i'm saying is every Japanese frame builder is different, and no-one can say that Japanese frame builders are the overall best. That Vivalo will be a nice ride, and I would love to own it. But for the cash, there ARE better, more sensible options!

Oh I did, I also notice that quite a lots of those 'ding' were from the handlebar hitting the top tube!
