Yeah maybe you're right, but there are better deals to be had. Getting that frame over here will prob end up being £600-650. Its an old, used, probably crashed keirin frame from a builder that has had there njs certification removed. If he's deadset on njs, then fair enough. but i would consider Italian, Dutch, English etc etc first.
