He came into the shop and asked to borrow the pump, I said, in a friendly, smiley way, "I'm sorry young man, someone is already using outside and you'll have to wait for them to finnish. Life is hard."
Guy smiled back and said "Life isn't hard. Life is just Life. It's people that make it hard." and did this sorta crazy walk out the door.
