I'm trying to bulid a beater. a circa 1982 raleigh equipe. My replacement modern wheel hubs wont fit the forks. I assume i need to drill them? Is there an accurate way to do this? I tried searching for the answer first on forums but couldn't find nowt, so dont beat me up!
