new chainring 8-10 quid from brick lane bikes
wash and polish and your up and running
there's plenty o'people here who can give advise and tip on some of themechanicing
for some reason that CH number on the tubing rings a bell isn't that a raleigh serial number or something maybe slightly better than the bog standard raleigh fayre
