I have a question about postponements.
"Every team can have postponed up to two fixtures at any given time, and they need to be played before the end of the league. When a fixture postponement is made up, that postponement is returned to the team and they are then able to postpone again."
Just for clarity, who takes the postponement?
Lets say Home team suggested X date, Away team couldn't make it, and said so in advance. Now (even though the two week time limit isn't up) a Home team player goes away , holiday/business/etc., so Home team says fixture can't be played.
Surely the Home team should take the postponement or play with a substitute, right?
But the Away team declined the original suggested date so should they take it?
