It has to be done, so here it is, one of the most famous lo-pro ever (been even featured in bikesnobnyc.blogspot), a true HHSB.
The frame is Lo-pro TT funny bike, fillet brazed with Columbus SL tubing, curvy seat tube and top tube goodness, no many lo-pro were made with this tubing, made by Aende (Pongo Braithwaite was the frame builder) based in Mansfield until the 90s.
All the decals were removed from the previous owner.
Dimensions:
seat tube (in straigh line) 56cm CtC
top tube (in straigh line) 57cm CtC
I'm just 6ft and fit me OK
It has vertical dropsouts, but at the moment has a 48/18 magic ratio and has never give any problems.
Also, it has all the braze-ons, in case you want to put the gears back
yes, it is drilled for brakes front and rear
Selling only frame and forks
The Zipp 650c front wheel, is a Zipp 500 rim with Hope Ti hub lace with DT Swiss bladed spokes, radial laced. The decals has also been removed. this wheel is the bee's knees, looks the business
It is a clincher, I'm sure you haven't seen many like this.
