The Beef Ride

I'm sorry Kattiep. We can have a pork ride later and maybe a lamb ride and then a **chicken ride **and even a game bird ride. Hey, we could even have a sausage ride although I've heard some say that most rides are sausage fests. We can have an offal ride, a pate ride and a jerky ride. But this is a beef ride and so let's keep it to meat from the cow.
