It's all about the buses running him off the road with JD. ;)

Good to see you all again.
Bryce, if you hear anything about a reaction to Tom's text, let me know. :)
When mmccarthief thundered past me down Southwood Lane I almost thought a lorry was overtaking me. And those Ferrari shoes ...
Sadly, I won't make it up to Norfs now for quite some time, but it was good to do two weeks in succession!

Always a pleasure to be graced with your presence Oliver, hope the suggested route was okay.
-
• #5888
Cheers, Noel, it worked well, only took me slightly off course, but that was more than outweighed by the pleasure of riding a little way with Geoff.
What I'd had in mind was more northerly, i.e. branching off Muswell Hill Road either into Wood Lane/Queen's Wood Road/Wood Vale or Woodland Gardens, then Cranley Gardens. I might try that the next time around.

Anyone Circle line riding on Sat?
I'm planning to do this with the fatman and the russian, but it depends on how pissed we get in the afternoon.
-
• #5890
Russians don't drink . . . do they?
-
• #5891
Are all the norths who are going on the Circle Line Ride doing rpm before?
-

As promised by Arvy (however evidently he's too lazy to post it), video and lyrics aren't exactly safe for work.
And Arvy, you had a Monty Python video for me but I can't remember what it was.
Great to see Oliver again, even if you don't approve of my tasteful Ferrari shoes =P
Thanks for the ride home Lolo, didn't accidently take the scenic route this time!
Great to see the rest of you guys, well, excluding Texas of course ;)
See you all next week I hope!

Agressive drinking. The only way to do it.

Are all the norths who are going on the Circle Line Ride doing rpm before?
I think we should pop in to support Velocio and the night, and if there is time, roll up for a swift half after the ride too :)
-
• #5896
I think I should pop in to support Norths more often, and have a swift half after the ride there too :)
Finally, you're seeing clearly. ;)
-
• #5897
I was just planning to go to RPM. Save the legs for the Catford ride init.
-
• #5898
Great to see Oliver again, even if you don't approve of my tasteful Ferrari shoes =P
I forgot to ask--they're not the ones autographed by Michael Schumacher, are they?
-
• #5899
Nope the signed ones are currently being used to hold my door open to let the heat out, the sole is a bit too soft to cycle with.

Finally, you're seeing clearly. ;)
It's so nice to be missed. I promise I'll hug you next Tuesday.
