It's 'decorate' your bike, and I can assure you that that isn't because it's a women's ride--it comes from a different angle. It's been done before on CM (e.g. at Halloween) and other rides like the Glamour Ride (which involves all genders). I believe the first person to go to great efforts to decorate her bike was Manda Rin from Tower Hamlets, but it's definitely not a gender-specific thing. If you don't want to decorate, don't decorate. :)
