Is quick postage, especially since you chose a courier option, really "good service"?
I consider good service things like Will writing little notes in his packages or answering your repeated stupid questions. Or Bike Whisperer sorting you out with parts after hours or rushing jobs through for deadlines or giving you ferrules for nothing. Even some guy in Evans down south trying his best to match some stupid Mavic part and giving it to me free since he wasn't sure it was the right one. There was a guy in Waterloo Evans who just had a good chat when I'd just arrived in London. He was really nice. Random stuff like that.

With that in mind - Cliff at Royce is an absolute legend. There are many out there that would have lost their patience with my incessant emailing but he's been nothing but super helpful and patient.
