Right so I'm sat at home in sth London awaiting the arrival of my folks this morning. I'm Australian, but have been here 3 years. This is my folks first visit to the UK. I have them staying with me for 5 FULL days then they go on some tour for a bit. I haven't seen them for 18 months.
I'm anxious as hell. Surely they don't expect to find me living in a very expensive shoe box in a suburb as black as brixton???? How am I going to put up with the persistent 'so, when are you coming home?' question.
I would appreciate any suggestions that will help me out (how to avoid pissing each other off tips, how to be civil and diplomatic) as I really want this to be a nice experience....
Also - any non-standard run of the mill London attractions you know of?
Thanks
