If you use a big tyre on the back that will make far more difference than any frame material could.
Comfort differences in frame material are completely overblown anyway (how much can a metal that is joined into triangles actually move!) Worth reading Mike Burrows views on the matter, although he is outspoken it does make you think and it is obvious that tyres will make a far bigger difference.
