^for me its even more expensive than for you guys since I'm in portugal and wiggle sells it for 59euros with free postage, but you might be right, almost 10quid cheaper isn't bad at all since it's as new..
For some things, a warranty is important because of expense, or likelihood of breaking, ie a carbon fibre frame, but the chances of a new saddle suffering a massive catastrophe is unlikely, and if it does you can always contact the manufactuer for a refund/repair. For a new saddle, once you fit it to a post, you can't return it to a shop anyway, so there isn't as much incentive to buy new from an established seller, especially when you can get it cheaper else where (unless you really want the box!), IMO.
