I...well, I've not used it before, so maybe it's that I don't know how to make it work, but I can't get it to pour shots at all. I was told the pump was not that happy...but I didn't really understand how unhappy it was. Either that or I'm dumb and don't know how to make it work. I can get the steamer to work, kind of.
