Yeah, best to do that anyway the beans are much fresher from Monmouth shops. I should disclose that I work for them. Nicaragua El Quetzal for heavy bold ripe fruityness, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Dark for sweet bergamot lemonyness and Brasil Passeio for rich dark chocolate, nuts and cherry are my tips for the top right now.
Square Mile beans available from their cafes. Flat White and Milk Bar in Soho, Espresso Room Gt Ormond St, Kaffeine in Belgravia, Dose Smithfield, Taste of Bitter Love Hackney Rd, Pavillion Cafe Vicky Park amongst others. Don't think there's much in West London though.
