I's say look on eBay. I got myself a pair of Mavic Open Pro rims laced to Goldtec Track hubs which would have cost about £300 new, for £112. Check on the Classifieds section of this forum too. You have to be patient, but you'll end up with a nice wheelset for a good price if you're smart.
