Winter courts will have to be paid for by the look of it. Many of the west london courts that are half decent OR with lights require booking.
The best option is a fund raising event to put lights into dedicated, currently derilict courts - those Yorgo pointed out could be a starter, the more central the less chances of troublesome little homeboys
